Job DescriptionOperator III-Springfield, MOThis is a full-time, hourly position.Job Summary:The Bulk Receiving Operator is an hourly position and is responsible for safely receiving and inventorying all incoming bulk ingredients.Work Duties and Required Skills* Follow the expectations ofall Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality standards.* Receive inbound ingredients to the desired bins.* Proficient in computer programs for inventory management.* Ability to operate hand truck, forklift, and pallet jack.* Assure product is properly inspected before receiving into the plant and meet all of ADM receiving specifications. Notify Plant Leadership as necessary, if any out-of-spec quality conditions exist.* Unload ingredient trucks per standard operating procedure (SOP).* Practice good customer service procedures per Customer Service Guidelines:* Customer Service Guidelines includes being prompt and courteous, unloading customer's trucks according to ADM ANI procedures within a reasonable amount of time with minimum customer delays.* Accurate reporting with necessary paperwork.* Participate in shift exchange review and response meetings to communicate your key process indicator performance.* Once qualified, provide mentoring and training to new colleagues in the Bulk Receiving position.* Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Leadership* At times, overtime will be requiredADM requires the successful completion of a background check.REF:87630BR
