Insight Global is seeking a Project Surveyor to join our client's team, one of the top AEC firms, in the Springfield, MO area.

Responsibilities include:
Manage and oversee survey projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
Sign and seal survey drawings.
Coordinate utility locates to ensure accurate mapping of existing infrastructure.
Review and verify survey drawings.
Prepare and review legal documents, such as easements, right-of-way documents, and land descriptions.
Timely completion of assigned tasks and meeting project deadlines.

PLS OR in the process of obtaining licensure
Pix4D experience
Carlson Survey experience
Bachelor of Science Degree (any as long as it's a B. S.)
3-5yrs+ of surveying experience
Experience with boundary, ATLA, topographical, and construction staking surveying
Proficient in AutoCAD and preparing drawings
Comfortable mentoring surveying support staff (will not have direct reports)
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
will primarily be in office, not in the field
