Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable Title Clerk to join the team at Reliable Chevrolet Springfield. This full-time, individual contributor role is a great step up in the auto industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are accurately titled and registered.

Responsibilities

* Process paperwork for titling and registration of new and used vehicles.

* Ensure all transactions are completed accurately with correct fees and taxes.

* Prepare title discrepancies for resolution, including any transfers and lien releases.

* Assist in the completion of paperwork for various transactions to maintain compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.

* Verify accuracy of vehicle information and documentation in customer files.

* Assist customers with inquiries and requests.

Requirements

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

* Knowledge of state and federal title and registration laws.

* Knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures.

* Excellent computer and organizational skills.

* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
