Sales Associate/Support Staff

Part Time: Hours Varied

Essential Functions of this Position

• Consistently operates a cash register with zero to minimal errors to include cash and credit card transactions
• Ensures all product is stocked on sales floor and replenishes shelf stock when necessary
• Keeps store clean and organized during shift
• Can consistently arrive on time for scheduled shift and maintains zero to minimal absences
• Maintains a high level of motivation during shift to ensure all tasks and duties are completed
• Enjoys conversing with customers on a regular basis

• Experience working in customer service and/or retail industry preferred.
• Experience working with beer, liquor and/or wine preferred but not required
• Experience selling in a retail environment preferred.
• Has a reputation for giving great service to guests and co-workers.
• Can handle multiple tasks at one time
• Has good problem-solving skills
• Has strong interpersonal skills
• Is able to work independently and as a member of a team
• Communicate professionally in person and on the phone
• Can maintain high energy during the entire shift
