The Compliance Investigator partners with the Senior Compliance Investigator and Legal Counsel to facilitate the Companys response to formal charges of employment discrimination, retaliation, and other employment violations received from state and federal agencies. This position is also responsible for staying informed on upcoming employment laws, researching all details of these laws, and updating reference materials accordingly. The position will also be expected to work with the appropriate teams to implement changes and communicating changes to the field. The Investigator assists with wage and hour investigations or wage and hour audits.
