Job Details

To assist in the construction, installation, and decoration of scenic elements for the Theatre and Dance Departments season of productions. Required Qualifications Read technical draftings and plates, Generate cut lists, Operate industrial saws to cut lumber, Use power and hand tools to construct and install scenic items, Paint scenery with required techniques, Climb ladders and scaffolding, Lift reasonable weight, Observe and help enforce applicable safety regulations. Required Certifications Many skills will be taught on site; previous experience with hand and power tools is preferred. Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. Basic math skills.
