Job Overview:
Bommarito Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Heavy Civil Project Manager to oversee complex site development projects across the Greater St. Louis area. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone with a strong background in site utilities or earthwork and a drive for innovation and leadership. You'll lead project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency from groundbreaking to final inspection.

• Lead all phases of civil, site construction projects, particularly in underground utilities and earthwork.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and in-house teams for efficient project execution.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure all work meets safety and environmental standards.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
• Oversee on-site activities and maintain strong communication from field to office.
• Drive innovative solutions and a forward-thinking approach on every project.
• Represent Bommarito Construction at industry meetings and training seminars.

• 5 years of project management experience in site development or utility construction preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience managing projects involving underground 'wet' utilities and earthwork.
