• Build and maintain consistent schedules to ensure coverage during planned and unplanned absences

• Partner with customers and account managers to maintain satisfaction and resolve concerns within 24 hours
• Track and report facility‑level results, including staffing, payroll, overtime, and profitability
• Maintain adequate inventory and supplies so teams can focus on service — not shortages
• Foster a “Team First” culture built on accountability, dependability, and a welcoming, positive attitude

What Success Looks Like

• ✅ < 5% payroll tied to overtime
