Sr. Project Manager

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience, education, and industry certifications.

Location: Remote (U.S. based).

Overview

The Project Management area leads cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals and requirements. Work with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control projects while managing resources, budget, cost, time, quality, risks, and other constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to complete Global Network Integration and Global Infrastructure Deployment projects on time and within budget.
• Manage day‑to‑day operational aspects of the projects and elevate issues appropriately to deliver projects on time.
• Create Project Plans, Meeting Agendas/Minutes, and Progress Status Reports up to C‑level Management. Track risks and develop contingency plans.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Complete the Operational Readiness Review with the Global Network Operations Center and capture lessons learned and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; MBA or Master's Degree preferred; PMP and ITIL certifications preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management; 5 years of experience leading Global Network Integration projects.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at the functional and executive level.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence across all levels of the organization.
