Maintenance Technician Blue Iguana Car Wash

Pay: $18$22/hr + Quarterly Bonus | Company Vehicle | Full Benefits

Blue Iguana Car Wash is a fast-growing industry leader in Springfield. Our Quality Control & Maintenance Team keeps our state-of-the-art facilities running at peak performance and we're looking for a hands-on, motivated Maintenance Technician to join us.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across multiple sites, standard is a MF schedule.
• Troubleshoot and repair car wash equipment, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and motors.
• Handle welding, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical projects.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance tasks.
• Work independently and as part of a team to keep equipment running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of industrial/mechanical maintenance experience (preferred).
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance skills.
• MUST BE positive, self-starter attitude with strong communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License (required).
• OSHA 10 before start; OSHA 30 within 30 days of hire.
