Job Description:
Maintains responsibility for assigned clerical support functions primarily involving word processing, document management/authentication, data entry, and record keeping. Back up assistance with scheduling as needed.

Job Description

Education:
• Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience:
• Required: Minimum of six (6) months secretarial experience with emphasis on computer data entry, word processing and record keeping systems.
• Preferred: Minimum 2 years clerical/office experience
Skills:
• Ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to use Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and perform record keeping functions accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and employee records and information.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to deal effectively and courteously with clients, families and coworkers, field staff, physicians, and community resources.
