We desire to give back to the community and to each other.Innovation & Uniqueness- We desire to be a true oasis in the region and embrace our identity.Honesty & Integrity- We believe in being truthful and transparent, while maintaining professionalism, to our associates and guests in all situations, even when the situation is difficult.ResponsibilitiesThe Lobby Attendant cleans and maintains all public areas to meet established cleanliness and quality standards while providing exceptional service to our guests.Responsibilities:* Cleans designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas and offices.* Performs tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, washing windows, cleaning/ buffing floors and disposing of trash.* Reports any maintenance concerns and items in need of repair* Stocks and maintains cart and supply rooms, as needed* Performs deep cleaning tasks and special projects* Deliver guest requested items* Directs guest to guest rooms and meeting rooms, as neededQualificationsRequirements:* Excellent time management skills* Strong organizational skills* Must excel in a fast paced environment* A keen eye for detail* Must have a positive, cheerful disposition* Weekends are requiredPhysical Requirements:* This position requires constant standing, forward reaching, and walking. Position also requires frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing and overhead reaching. Must be able to lift and carry up to 45lbs. Pushing and pulling an average weight of 25lbs is required. Candidate must be able to pass a job specific post-offer physical prior to beginning employment with Oasis Hotel.Working Environment:* Primarily indoor working conditions in a fast-paced environment. Though will be required to work in outdoor conditions at times.
