We are looking for Janitorial Supervisors to lead the Janitorial department at one of our customer facilities! Responsibilities: • Respond to special work orders and assign team members accordingly. • Take inventory of janitorial supplies weekly and make requisitions. • Assign work for special/planned projects. • Manage quarterly cleaning items. • Perform daily audits of staff performance and the cleanliness of the plant as a whole. • Have a proficient understanding of cleaning equipment and practices to maintain a presentable facility. • Assist the team in janitorial duties when needed. • Must be able to follow safety protocols with equipment and cleaning supplies. • Must be able to follow facility standards. • This position is safety sensitive. Qualifications: • 2+ years of supervisor/team lead experience. • Experience in janitorial positions or janitorial lead positions. • Basic computer skills. • Expert knowledge of cleaning equipment and machines, and the ability to train other team members on the use of cleaning equipment. • Ability to pivot and redirect the team as needs arise. • Ability to lead others while still having a willingness to learn. • Ability to manage and train janitorial staff in an efficient and effective manner. Compensation: $24 + hourly DOE
