Merrill Gardens - - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care; Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided; Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed. (Chart by exception); Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for residents; Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team
