Merrill Gardens - 4349 South Kansas Avenue - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.; Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided.; Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed.
