Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00PM

What's a typical day as an inventory cycle counter? You'll be: Supporting inventory accuracy and material control across multiple warehouse and production buildings. This role focuses on
physical inventory counting, verification, and location accuracy, using powered industrial equipment and basic inventory systems. This is an
inventory accuracy role, not a production assembler position.
Key Responsibilities - Perform routine and ad-hoc physical inventory counts in warehouse and production locations
- Verify and reconcile material quantities against system records
- Operate forklifts and man-up/order picker equipment to access stored inventory
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, mislocated material, or labeling issues
- Use basic math (counting, addition, multiplication) to validate quantities
- Record count results using computer-based inventory systems or spreadsheets
- Read and interpret part labels, locations, and work instructions
- Work independently across multiple buildings while following safety and quality procedures
- Support general warehouse organization and inventory integrity tasks
Minimum Qualifications - At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma/GED, NCRC, or 2-3 years of warehouse experience
- Ability to perform manual tasks for the full shift, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to accurately count parts and perform basic math
Preferred Qualifications - Experience operating forklifts or man-up/order picker equipment
- Prior inventory or cycle counting experience
- Basic computer skills (data entry, inventory systems, spreadsheets)
- Experience working in a warehouse or multi-building environment
Key Skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
- Comfort working at heights using approved equipment
- Safety-focused with reliable attendance
