Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a Branch Manager (preferably with construction/installation/trades experience) who has an entrepreneurial attitude and work ethic! Must have P& L experience managing the entire operation to include: human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling and collections. Operations: Full P&L responsibility. Manage processes/compliance: operations, finance, credit & collections, HR, health & safety, procurement and sales & marketing. Achieve operational goals/metrics. Provide on the job training through self or others. Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
Your Qualifications
Minimum of 18 years of age. If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required. 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades). Full P&L experience. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred. THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION
