Job Summary:

Help us Creating Memories Worth Repeating® as an Area Host Team Member for Silver Dollar City by helping guests one on one, sweeping debris, and keeping restrooms clean. You will be the first to interact with guests throughout the park and help them with any questions or issues that may come up during the day.

This position starts 02/27/2026 and ends 01/02/2027.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned to assist the Attractions teams.

• Toilet and sink cleaning, restroom floor sweeping and mopping, product spill and guest illness cleanups.
• Continually clean pathways, ensuring it is clear from natural debris, trash, and bodily fluids.
• Frequent guest interaction, assisting guests with issues that may arise throughout the day.
• Help transport lost and found items to the stroller booth.
• Ability to be on your feet almost continually, freely bend, stoop, walk up and down the park hills, and be able to lift full trash bag liners (up to 50 pounds) out of park trash barrels on a regular basis.
• Must be team oriented with clear communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.

• Stand: Uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt and concrete.
• Walk: Up/down steps, uneven and sloped surfaces, including to and from assigned employee parking and employees assigned work area. Distance should be no greater than .5 miles one way.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull: Up to 50 lbs.
• Climb: Up and down stairs/ladders, uneven and sloped surfaces and be able to climb and descend on an employee shuttle bus.
• Repetitive Motion: Bending, twisting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, & shoveling.
• Use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
• Speak and hear clearly.
• See: Near/far, peripheral vision, depth perception, and color vision.
