A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Coding Auditing & Education.Key ResponsibilitiesDirects audit team to complete external audits and ensures timely project completionPrepares and presents coding audits to clients, including participation in rebuttalsInterviews, hires, and trainsAudit and Education Specialists while monitoring their performanceRequired QualificationsFive years of supervisory experienceTen or more years of experience with coding audits, including facility and provider auditsOne or more active credentials from AHIMA and/or AAPC (e.g., CCS, CPC, RHIA)Strong working knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and Medicare regulatory guidelinesExperience with multiple electronic medical record systems and encoders
